Walter (Walt) Barry, MBA has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Walter (Walt) began their career in 1994 as a Senior Claims Analyst at Providian Direct Insurance. In 1997, they moved to Reliance Direct Insurance as a Managing Director. From 1999 to 2002, they were a Principal Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Walter (Walt) then joined Willis of Pennsylvania in 2002 as a Vice President (VP), where they managed business relationships and clients' Health & Welfare Benefits and Human Resources programs. In 2006, they became the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Chubb, where they led Claims Finance, Compliance, Reporting, Client & Vendor Relations, Quality Review, Human Resources, Training, and Operations. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Consultant at Marathon Partners Consulting, specializing in the evaluation and assessment of small to medium sized organizations. Walter (Walt) then joined Lamb Insurance Services in 2019 as an Operations Director. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Partner Analytics at Innovu.

Walter (Walt) Barry has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics with a focus in Actuarial Science from Penn State University. Walter (Walt) also holds certifications in Accident & Health License, Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Lean Six Sigma White Belt (LSSWB) from the Management and Strategy Institute, Life and Fixed Annuities Broker, and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute.
