Ezana Tesfu has a diverse work experience. In 2021, Ezana began working at Innovusion as an Associate Director of Business Development. Prior to this, Ezana worked at CARVI from 2016 to 2021, where they held the role of Director of Business Development, Director of Operations, and Business Operation & Strategy Manager. From 2014 to 2016, Ezana worked at Linc Global Inc as Business Intelligence and Customer Success and Growth Hacker. From 2014 to 2016, Ezana also worked at The Law Office of Herbert T. Patty as a Trademark Intern and at Proximiant as a Marketing Intern. From 2009 to 2011, Ezana was a Student Athlete, GIS Research Intern, GIS Teacher Assistant, Desk Receptionist, Urban Garden Intern, Calculus Teaching Assistant, Community Outreach Coordinator and Business Development at Africa Community Health Institute, and Business Development Intern at Sierra Club. Finally, in 2011, Ezana worked as a Marketing and Sales Person at Oya Organics.
Ezana Tesfu attended Santa Monica High School from 2005 to 2009, and then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, and Political Science at Santa Clara University from 2009 to 2013.
