Mohith Murlidhar

Mohith Murlidhar has had a diverse and impressive career. In 2013, they were an Intern at State Bank of India, working on a project to study SBI's low level of penetration with projects tied up with builders. In 2014, they were an Intern at Total Oil India Limited, working on a project to identify possible bottlenecks affecting turnaround time of the operations in the plant and provide methodologies on handling them. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Graduate Student Researcher, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Grader at Purdue University. During this time, they were also the Vice President of the Academic Committee at INFORMS- Purdue Chapter. In 2017, they were a Data Analyst at Purdue Center for Career Opportunities. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Associate Intern at Tredence, working on projects related to survey analytics and professional products division. Since 2017, they have been a Data Science Manager, Senior Data Scientist, and Data Scientist at Innowatts, leading a team of data scientists to identify client needs and building ML based prototypes. Mohith has also overseen implementation, support, and ongoing model performance output for existing clients.

Mohith Murlidhar received their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from RV college of engineering between 2011 and 2015. Mohith also attended Bishop Cotton Boy's School from 2003 to 2011. Additionally, Mohith has obtained certifications from Coursera in Deep Learning Specialization in November 2020 and from edX in Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python.
