Gwendolyn Regan

Gwendolyn Regan is an experienced professional in the affordable housing sector, currently serving as Product Owner for Affordable Housing at Fortress Technology Solutions since January 2022. In this role, Gwendolyn conducts research, manages product backlogs, and engages with industry leaders to keep abreast of changes in the affordable housing landscape, including updates from HUD, RD HOME, and LIHTC. Previously, Gwendolyn held positions as KERA Processing Manager and Compliance Officer at Kansas Housing Resources Corporation from April 2019 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Lawrence Regional Property Manager at Flint Hills Management Group from December 2014 to April 2019, where Gwendolyn was responsible for managing multi-family LIHTC and market-rate apartments while ensuring compliance and achieving a 100% occupancy rate.
