Jan Faber

Jan Faber is an experienced Agile Coach and consultant with a strong background in facilitating agile methodologies across various organizations. Currently serving as an Agile Coach at InnSpire since February 2022, Jan has previously worked at IVO Rechtspraak, Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden, and several prominent firms including Devoteam, CZ, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Jan's expertise includes guiding multiple teams in agile practices, implementing Scrum frameworks, and overseeing agile transformations, while also managing and developing teams in DevOps environments. With a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Twente, Jan combines technical proficiency with leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes across diverse sectors.
