Jan Willem Kooi

Jan Willem Kooi is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach currently working at InnSpire since November 2022. As the owner of Hercularus since April 2003, Jan Willem manages an investment company focused on private pensions and mortgages. Previous roles include Scrum Master, Agile Trainer, and Coach at SLTN from March 2008 to October 2022, where Jan Willem advised on agile practices and led software development teams. Jan Willem's earlier experience includes project management and HR roles at the Belastingdienst (Dutch Tax Office) from December 2002 to February 2008 and project management positions at Lucent Technologies from 1987 to 2002, specializing in telecom projects. Jan Willem holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrotechniek from HTS Leeuwarden and a degree in Electronics from NHL Hogeschool.
