Dr. Henry Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent innovation and organizational leadership. As the CEO and Founder of Talent Innovation Strategies since 2023, Dr. Huang focuses on modernizing human capital strategies and enhancing leadership practices. Additionally, Dr. Huang serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, provides strategic direction as a Board Member at InnSure, and coaches participants in various programs at MIT. Previous roles include Head of Professional Development at CVS Health, where Dr. Huang established the Talent Innovation Group, and a long tenure at Aetna, holding positions including Business Project Program Manager and Senior Audit Consultant. Dr. Huang holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from New York University, an MBA from Stanford University, and multiple degrees from the University of Connecticut, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Insurance has a crucial leadership role to play in tackling climate risk. The industry exists to manage challenging risks. It brings strong financial capital, unique risk management capabilities, and a centuries-long history of helping the world respond to risk (electricity, aviation, automobiles).
