Alexis Fyfe possesses extensive experience in project management and process improvement, currently serving as a Technicien au bureau de projet at INO since June 2019. Prior to this role, Alexis worked at EXFO from October 2006 to June 2019 as a Technicien en amélioration des processus, where significant achievements included the implementation of an electronic quality control form that reduced data duplication by 80% and a document management system compliant with TL-9000. Alexis also established a SharePoint environment for R&D projects, enhancing file management and standardizing workflows. Additional experience includes creating performance dashboards and BI systems to centralize project data. Educational qualifications include a degree in industrial management from Cégep d'Ahuntsic and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité.
