Karen Rausch

Karen Rausch has a strong background in compliance roles. Karen worked at Inogen as a Senior Compliance Manager from December 2021 to July 2022, and then became the Director of Compliance from July 2022 onwards. Before Inogen, they served as the Director of Compliance at ProCare Inc from July 2014 to December 2021. In this role, Karen ensured that ProCare, Inc operated within compliance parameters set by various oversight bodies and cultivated a culture of compliance. Prior to that, they worked as a Bookkeeper at Johnson Bookkeeping Services, LLC from January 2012 to December 2014, and as the Billing Manager/Corporate Compliance Officer at Valley Medical, LLC from September 2010 to July 2014.

Karen Rausch completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Stevens Henager College between 2009 and 2011.
