Head of Project Management at Inomma

Zaruhi Davtyan, PSM™ I, has a diverse work experience. Zaruhi is currently working as a Technical Program Manager at Shift Technology since 2023. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they served as the Head of Project Management at Inomma. In this role, they were responsible for coaching team members in self-management, engaging in project management processes using Scaled Agile practices, and ensuring efficient and effective Scrum events.

Before joining Inomma, Zaruhi worked as a Project Manager at VOLO | Software Development Company from 2019 to 2022. Their responsibilities included organizing and coordinating ceremonies and activities as a Scrum Master, communicating project status with clients, collaborating with teams applying Agile and Scaled Agile practices, preparing report documentation, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Zaruhi also gained experience as a Marketing and Corporate Sales Specialist at Export Insurance Agency of Armenia from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they completed an internship at the United Nations in 2018.

Zaruhi Davtyan, PSM™ I, has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Geneva in 2015 and at HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne in 2014-2015. Zaruhi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the French University of Armenia, which they acquired from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their educational background, Zaruhi Davtyan has obtained several certifications. Zaruhi is certified as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, which they achieved in January 2023. Zaruhi is also a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional, certified by Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional in January 2023.
