Karthikesan Rathinam

Karthikesan Rathinam is an experienced professional in operations and product engineering, currently serving as Associate Vice President at InOpTra Digital since November 2023. Prior to this role, Karthikesan worked at TAAL Tech from February 2010 to November 2023, progressing from Project Manager to General Manager, where responsibilities included driving operational performance and ensuring compliance with various quality and safety standards. Karthikesan began a career at Synthesis Winding Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Engineer in Design, focusing on product design and development from May 2003 to February 2010. Karthikesan holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Design from IASE Deemed University and a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Raja Rajeswari Engineering College.
