James Norman

James Norman has a strong background in business development and sales in the pharmaceutical industry. James currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development - Discovery & Translational Sciences at Inotiv since December 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Sales & Marketing at PsychoGenics from November 2022 to December 2023. James also worked at Labcorp Drug Development, starting as the Executive Director of Business Development - Early Development from January 2020 to November 2022 and then as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing from May 2014 to December 2019. Before that, they were the Global Head of Business Development & Marketing at Maccine Pte Ltd from February 2007 to April 2014. James began their career at SNBL USA, Ltd., where they held the positions of International Affairs Manager from January 1998 to January 2002 and Senior Business Development Manager from January 2002 to January 2005. Throughout their career, James has successfully built and led commercial functions, driving significant sales growth and contributing to company acquisitions.
