Sybille Dubois

Sybille Dubois has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and controlling. Sybille is currently working at Inotrem as the Finance, Controlling & IPO Readiness Director. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director Controlling & IPO Readiness and Interim Finance Director at the same company.

Before joining Inotrem, Sybille worked at ECLOZION, where they provided financial consulting and management services to startups and small businesses. Their responsibilities included strategic advice, implementing financial systems, overseeing accounting, and improving cash flow. Sybille also worked as a Transition Manager and Project Director for international corporations, including Europcar and BT.

From 2017 to 2018, Sybille was the Controlling Director at Pierre Fabre Group. In this role, they were a member of the Executive Committee and oversaw the financial performance of the Pharma division. Sybille also acted as a business partner for R&D, Commerce, CDMO, and Industry activities.

Prior to Pierre Fabre Group, Sybille had a long tenure at Servier. Their roles included Finance Performance Manager, R&D Finance Control Manager, Promotion Controlling Coordinator, Promotion Finance Controller, and R&D Finance Controller. During their time at Servier, they played a key role in improving financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

Sybille's early career included a position at Dassault Aviation, where they managed financial contracts for exports.

Sybille Dubois completed their education at several institutions over the years. From 1992 to 1997, they attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they obtained a degree in Gestion, Contrôle de Gestion (Management, Management Control). In 1998, they briefly studied at the University of Wollongong, earning a Master of Commerce degree with a focus on Finance. Later, from 2013 to 2016, Sybille underwent a training program at AMC Ressource, specializing in interpersonal communication within families and businesses. Finally, in 2014 and 2015, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Course, earning a Green Belt certification in Lean methodology.
