Pedro Roseiro

Pedro Roseiro is an experienced professional in the field of Information, Communication, and Electronics Technologies, currently serving as an Executive Board Member at TICE.PT since October 2010. In addition, Pedro is a Project Management Officer at INOV, managing the Innovation Pact "Ecocerâmica and Cristalaria de Portugal" project under the Recovery and Resilience Program. As a Senior International Project Manager at Inova-Ria and a Senior Innovation Consultant as a self-employed professional, Pedro has extensive experience in managing R&D and Innovation processes, particularly in ICT. Current roles also include Chief Operating Officer at EyA and various expert positions within organizations such as the Eureka Network and the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, focusing on blockchain technology and digital skills development. Pedro holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, and is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Medical Device at TU Dublin.
