Jamel Hamdaoui

Jamel Hamdaoui is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and labor union sectors. Currently serving as Président of Fédération INOVA CFE-CGC since June 2025, Jamel previously held multiple leadership roles within CFE-CGC, including Président CFE-CGC Nouvelle-Aquitaine and President du syndicat national CFE-CGC INOVA HCR. Jamel's extensive experience in the restaurant industry includes a significant tenure at COURTEPAILLE as directeur de restaurant chargé de mission from February 1996 to October 2023, as well as earlier roles in various prestigious establishments and positions, including responsable restauration at wagons-lits gare montparnasse and vacataire restauration at several top hotels. Jamel also served in the Armée de Terre as Sous-officier instructeur, earning a bronze medal for national defense, and holds a diploma from lycée hotelier Talence.
