Aaron Morris has extensive experience in process analysis, project management, marketing, and information technology across various organizations. Currently serving as a Process Analyst at INOVA Federal Credit Union since May 2014, Aaron leads internal project improvement initiatives, conducts time studies, and manages user support systems. Prior roles include Communications Director at Lots of Hope, where Aaron oversaw website management and marketing materials, and Marketing/Website Director at Fireplace Warehouse ETC, managing online store layout and advertising strategies. Throughout a diverse career, Aaron has developed skills in database management, financial analysis, and team training, beginning with a foundational role at Classic Sport Companies, Inc. as Sales/Training & Marketing Executive. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from West Virginia University.
