Mike joins Inova as Chief Financial Officer after 11 years with Reliant Bank based in Brentwood, Tennessee, where he served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer. During his time with Reliant Bank, Mike helped contribute to the organization’s growth through four successful acquisitions and the strategic initiative to become a publicly-traded company listed on NASDAQ.
Prior to his time with Reliant Bank, Mike held high-level audit positions with several accounting firms, including Croslin & Associates, PC, where he was Audit Principal, and Horne, LLP, where he was Audit Partner. Additionally, Mike provided auditing services for clients of BDO Seidman, LLP, Arthur Andersen, LLP, and Deloitte and Touche, LLP.
Mike is a former president of the Memphis chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and former board member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tennessee Society of CPAs.
A former First Lieutenant in the Army National Guard, Mike earned a master of accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi, a Top 10 Accountancy School. Mike enjoys tennis, boating, and running, having completed both the Memphis and Music City marathons.
