Dmitri Fradkin

Dmitri Fradkin's work experience includes roles at various companies. Dmitri started their career as an Associate Software Engineer at OpenAir in 2001 and then worked as a Software Engineer at POPStick, Inc from 2003 to 2004. Dmitri later joined CareKey, Inc as a Senior Software Engineer from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2014, Dmitri worked at TriZetto Corporation, where they held positions such as Technical/Team Lead and SW Engineering Manager. In 2014, they joined ABILITY Network as a Director of Engineering and later became the Senior Director of Engineering. Dmitri is currently working at Inovalon as the VP of Software Engineering, a position they have held since 2018.

Dmitri Fradkin attended Boston University from 2001 to 2002 where they studied Computer Programming, Specific Applications. From 1991 to 1997, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University. In addition to their formal education, Dmitri has also obtained several certifications including an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership, Developing and Managing a Successful Technology Strategy, Understanding and Solving Complex Business Problems, Fundamentals of Finance for the Technical Executive, and Certified ScrumMaster.
