Karl Kilgore has extensive experience in the field of research and analysis, particularly in the healthcare industry. Karl has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1988 at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, where they served as the Director of Research & Evaluation. Karl implemented a patient tracking system and collaborated on research projects with medical and clinical staff. Kilgore then joined Integrated Health Services, Inc. as the Vice President of Outcomes Management & Research, supervising a team responsible for designing and implementing outcomes management systems for a large healthcare system. Karl'swork was recognized and accepted by JCAHO under the ORYX initiative. Kilgore went on to work at Cetus Group, LLC as the Vice President of Research & Outcomes, where they designed and developed various health economics and outcomes studies, disease registries, and quality of life programs for clients in the healthcare industry. Karl also utilized the findings to create medical education presentations, scientific publications, and marketing collateral. Kilgore joined Inovalon, Inc. as a Senior Health Economics and Outcomes Researcher before transitioning to Avalere Health as a Senior Research Scientist. In 2014, they returned to Inovalon and took on roles as a Project Lead in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, a Director of Statistical Research, and most recently, as the Director of Research Science and Advanced Analytics. Kilgore's expertise in research, analysis, and outcomes management has been instrumental in their various roles throughout their career.

Karl Kilgore holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Psychology from the University of Chicago. Karl also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Virginia.
