Patrick O. has a diverse work experience, primarily in the healthcare industry. Patrick started their career as an intern at MedAssurant, where they gained experience in data analysis and cost analysis. After that, they worked as an intern at Inovalon, where they focused on the Affordable Care Act, health information exchange, and billing systems.

Patrick joined Inovalon full-time and progressed through various roles, starting as a Business Analyst and then becoming a Senior Business Solutions Analyst. In this role, they supported corporate business development, assisted in client contracts, and provided technical and operational knowledge during the sales cycle.

Patrick then moved on to become a Business Development Manager, supporting the western half of the U.S. in business development, relationship management, and revenue growth. After that, they became a Principal Solutions Engineer, driving sales growth and revenue for national accounts.

Currently, Patrick holds the position of Director of Business Development at Inovalon, where they continue to contribute to sales and revenue growth. In their career, they have supported multiple products, including CARA, CAAS, eCAAS, and eCAAS Advantage, as well as Data Diagnostics, a partnership solution with Quest Diagnostics.

Before their career in the healthcare industry, Patrick worked as an Operations Manager at Equine Extravaganza, where they managed day-to-day operations of a three-day Expo for horses and the horse industry.

Patrick O. earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Salisbury University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed general education and business courses in Finance, General at the University of Maryland from 2008 to 2010.
