Martin Champagne

Martin Champagne is the Vice President of Customer Service at Inovatec Systems. Martin has over 15 years of experience in customer service and operations management.

Martin began their career as a Customer Service Manager at SpeedLine Solutions Inc, where they were responsible for fostering and advancing the company's customer service offerings. Martin then became a Sr. Operations Manager - Service Delivery at Stream Global Services, where they were responsible for all operations, financials, and the client relationship for six key accounts composed of 600+ support professionals.

In their current role as Vice President of Customer Service at Inovatec Systems, Martin is responsible for managing the customer experience from installation to support. Martin also leads the installation, training, and support teams, and drives customer retention and satisfaction ratings.

Martin Champagne has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of the Fraser Valley, which they completed in 2004. Martin also has a partially completed diploma in Project Management from Mount Royal College, which they began in 2008 but has not yet finished.
