Mikica Petkovic

Mikica Petkovic has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Starting in 1996, Mikica worked at RB General Economic as a Hardware Specialist, responsible for testing and installing network equipment. This was followed by a role at Digit as a Hardware and Network Specialist, where Mikica tested and installed network equipment, serviced terminals, and made communication cables. In 2001, Mikica worked at CPU as an MCSE training course lecturer.

In 2002, Mikica joined Delta Banka as an Administrator of electronically services, maintaining equipment and providing services for clients. Mikica also played a role in implementing the bank's first Certification Authority (CA). From 2003 to 2005, Mikica worked as a Security Administrator at Delta Banka, creating security procedures and maintaining antivirus solutions.

In 2005, Mikica transitioned to Banca Intesa, first as a Team Leader for E-banking, maintaining and developing IT solutions for the bank's online banking services. Later, Mikica became an Administrator for application support, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the bank's applications.

Most recently, Mikica joined Inovatec Systems in 2021, initially as an Application Support Analyst and later as an Application Support Lead. In this role, Mikica manages a team responsible for supporting applications, infrastructure, and customer issues, ensuring product uptime, and executing day-to-day operations.

Mikica Petkovic attended ETS Nikola Tesla from 1987 to 1991, but no degree or field of study information is available. In terms of additional certifications, Mikica obtained the following certifications from Microsoft: Azure Fundamentals in September 2021, Azure Administrator Associate in September 2022, and Azure Developer Associate in January 2022.
