The Inovia Capital team has a history of experience in business strategy consulting, working with Accenture in the banking industry. They also have experience with quality performance internships at Pratt & Whitney Canada and have a president who is from PolyFinances. Additionally, the team has an assembly & test supervisor who is COOP certified from Pratt & Whitney Canada. All members of the team have an education history from Polytechnique Montréal in Aerospace Engineering.
