Michael Brandt

Michael Brandt has over 20 years of experience in the workforce management and HR technology space. Michael began their career in 1992 as an On Site Manager at Convergys/AT&T Transtech. Michael then moved to Computerwork.com in 1995 as the Director of Engineering. In 1999, Michael took on the role of Director of Operations at Vurv Technology, where they were responsible for managing and planning the operational team responsible for delivering on Vurv's solutions in the region and managing their global customer relationships. In 2007, Michael became the Executive Vice President of Mid-Market Sales and Asia Pacific at Softscape, Inc. In 2009, they became Co-Owner/Board Member at BrightMove, Inc. In 2016, Michael became the Owner of CF Whiteboard, a cloud and mobile based cross functional fitness software solution. Finally, in 2014, Michael joined Infor as Director of Workforce Management (WFM) for Major Accounts, Director of HCM/WFM for Strategic Accounts, Director of WFM for Major Accounts, and Director of HCM Sales for Manufacturing. In 2020, they became the SVP of Sales and Alliances at Inovium, where they focus on helping partners and customers realize the highest level of labor efficiency and workforce effectiveness.

Michael Brandt attended Warren National University from 1997 to 2001, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
