David De Clerck

David De Clerck is an experienced procurement and business management professional, currently serving as the Procurement & IT Director at INEOS Inovyn since September 2017. With a strong background in feedstocks and raw materials procurement, David has led various strategic initiatives within INOVYN. Prior to this, David held multiple management positions at INEOS Europe AG, including Business Manager for Ethylene Oxide, Glycols, and Alkoxylates, where responsibilities included P&L management for multiple European plants. An engineering graduate in Chemistry from Ghent University, David's career includes roles at Ineos Oxide and Pfizer, where foundational skills as a production engineer and project engineer were developed.
