Valentyna Boroday🇺🇦

Valentyna Boroday has been working in the recruitment field since 2017. Valentyna began as an IT-recruiter at IT_Selection Agency, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment, arranging technical, hiring and client interviews, and communicating with clients. In 2018, they joined Qwerty.Software as an IT recruiter, and Eltex Software as a HR generalist. In this role, they were responsible for searching for developers and testers of different levels and technology stack, as well as developing and maintaining candidates' database. In 2019, they moved to FreshCode IT, where they were the Head of Recruitment, and in 2022 they will move to Inoxoft in the same role.

Valentyna Boroday attended Zaporizhzhya State University from 2012 to 2017, where they studied psychology.
