Renáta Varga

Renáta Varga possesses a strong background in recruitment and human resources, with notable experience at Morgan Stanley from May 2021 to August 2023, where Renáta served as Head of Budapest Campus Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment Manager, and Lead Campus Company Recruiter. Prior to this, Renáta worked at KPMG Hungary as a Junior HR Coordinator and HR Group Assistant from March 2018 to September 2019. Renáta began professional development as a Student Brand Ambassador at Camp Leaders and held various roles at Camp Dudley at Kiniya from June 2015 to September 2017. Renáta earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Counselling from Eötvös Loránd University and a Bachelor's degree in English and American Studies from the University of Szeged.
