Frederik Weyer

Frederik Weyer is a seasoned professional in project and construction management, currently serving as Bereichsleiter Projekt- und Baumanagement Netzausbau at INP Deutschland GmbH since January 2018. In this role, Frederik leads a specialized team that supports transmission system operators in the development of future power transmission networks across Germany and Europe, focusing on underground cable projects and HVDC converter stations. Additionally, Frederik has held various positions within INP, including Head of Recruiting and overseeing the expansion of energy transmission systems. Prior experience includes being a Project Manager and Commissioning Manager at ABB, where responsibilities involved commissioning power plants and pumping stations in multiple countries, along with managing small projects at ABB Building Technologies. Frederik holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Automation Technology from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
