Helen Maynard-Hill is a Strategic Business Consultant in Europe at in/PACT. Helen has over 10 years of experience in the field of consulting and fundraising.

Maynard-Hill began their career as an Engagement Manager at Impact Consulting, where they led a team to develop and present agreed deliverables. In this role, they were responsible for managing the overall direction of the swap studio project, leading all client interactions, and engaging regularly with the Business Development Manager and PR / Coms team.

Helen then went on to work as a Fundraising and Strategic Consultant at SYNERGY FOR JUSTICE LTD, where they undertook a review and critically assessed the current Hospital Broeders (Netherlands) restricted funding sources. Helen then carried out an initial audit into Hospital Broeders existing funding sources. In order to fully understand the situation, they carried out interviews with select Hospital Broeders staff. From the research, they identified untapped opportunities and recommend additional funding sources from across the landscape, together with strategies for engagement.
