Prior to this role, Echo was the Director of Product Strategy, a Senior Business Analyst, and the Head of Customer Success Biotech at the same company. With experience as a Consultant at LVMH and a Client Service Executive at Sterling Talent Solutions, Echo has a strong background in market research, client management, and strategic planning. Echo has also served as a Department Head for a national compliance program and as an Economics Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Echo holds a Master of Business Administration from emlyon business school and a B.Comm (with distinction) from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
