Michela Comune

Michela Comune, Ph.D., is a seasoned Project Manager at Inpeco since October 2018, currently spearheading initiatives in the Innovation Unit and leading validation projects in the Product Development AP Unit. With a strong background in healthcare and lab automation as a Process Engineer, Michela has managed various regional and EU grants, devised innovative research projects, and collaborated with stakeholders to meet customer needs. Prior experience includes postdoctoral research at Tel Aviv University focused on hydrogel design and significant roles in nanoparticle research and tissue engineering from other esteemed institutions. Michela holds a Ph.D. in Biosciences from Universidade de Coimbra, a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Università di Pisa, and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cagliari.
