Akiko Shimojo

Akiko Shimojo is an accomplished business development professional currently serving as Deputy Manager in the Business Development Group at INPEX Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Akiko held the position of Senior Assistant Manager in the same group. Akiko's extensive background in global sales includes experience at BRIDGESTONE JAPAN from September 2017 to August 2022 and at Toshiba from April 2009 to August 2017. Akiko holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, where studies were completed from 2007 to 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the same institution, earned from 2003 to 2007.
