Gregory Northrup

Gregory Northrup is the Senior Legal Counsel at INPEX Corporation, bringing extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in contracting for aerospace, industrial equipment supply, renewables, power, and infrastructure projects across various international jurisdictions. Licensed in New York State, Gregory previously served as Managing Counsel and Lead Counsel at Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., where they handled significant legal affairs, contract negotiations, and compliance matters. They began their legal career as an Associate at David B. Petshaft, P.C. and have worked in various legal capacities, including at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and the Federal Trade Commission. Gregory earned a Bachelor of Science from New York University and a Doctor of Law from Fordham University School of Law.
