Ivan Passaportis

Ivan Passaportis has extensive experience in human resources and integrated services management, currently serving as the Manager of Integrated Services at INPEX since March 2013. This role involves directing the integration of stakeholders into the BPO model, conducting industry research, and fostering relationships to identify new business opportunities. Prior to this position, Ivan held roles such as Senior Advisor Integrated Services, Resourcing Supervisor, and HR Advisor at INPEX, focusing on continuous improvement, KPI management, and day-to-day HR activities. Ivan's earlier career includes recruitment positions at Chevron and General Electric Oil and Gas, specializing in technical hiring and various engineering disciplines. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute of Marketing and Management and A Levels from St Georges College in Zimbabwe.
