Marija Sarafimova has extensive work experience, beginning in 2007 with a part-time representative role at Kouzon. In 2009, they began working as a Sales Representative at Handy Telekom, where they were responsible for lead generation, presenting services and products to potential clients, making upsales and cross sales, and negotiating with clients. Also in 2009, they volunteered in the local community of Stip. In 2010, they took on the role of Business Developer and Lead Generation at Seavus. Finally, in 2012, they began working at InPlayer as a Pre-sale Manager and Client Solution Specialist, where they were responsible for making online content more financially lucrative for publishers.

Marija Sarafimova obtained their Master's degree in MBA Management from University Goce Delcev - Stip between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in E-Business from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje between 2004 and 2008.
