Maya Sherman

Maya Sherman is an AI Expert and Project Co-Lead at the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence, where Maya co-leads initiatives focused on AI literacy for the informal climate sector in India. Additionally, Maya serves as the Innovation Attaché at the Embassy of Israel in India, promoting collaborations between Indian and Israeli tech markets, and has lectured on AI for Good and climate innovation initiatives. Maya's roles include being a Women Techmakers Ambassador for Google, a co-founder and winner of Salesforce's Reboot The Earth challenge, and a MTE Climate Ambassador for the Global Youth Climate Network. As a member of the Scientific Council for the Israeli Association for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence, Maya advises on responsible AI practices. Maya also leverages extensive knowledge as a freelance AI lecturer and researcher, working with various organizations globally on AI strategies and ethical considerations. Educational qualifications include multiple Master's degrees from prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford and Tel Aviv University, along with robust training in Cyber Security and Digital Marketing.
