Adrian Pawlik is an experienced engineering manager and technical leader specializing in the design and implementation of scalable systems, with a focus on logistics and financial technology. In the role at InPost Group since September 2020, Adrian leads a technical team and manages the development of a highly scalable logistic system using a range of technologies including Java, Spring, and Kubernetes. Prior to this, Adrian served as VP at Vilisoft and as a senior consultant at SmartStream Technologies, where responsibilities included leading the design and implementation of a bank data reconciliation product. Experience also includes a position as a senior Java consultant at Capgemini from 2013 to 2017. Adrian holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology, earned in 2008.
