MacIej Justyniak

Maciej Justyniak is an experienced professional with a robust background in digital transformation and strategic project management. Currently serving as Digital Transformation Director and Commercial Excellence Director at InPost since September 2018, Maciej specializes in sales analysis, project management, and change management. Prior roles include Director of Projects in the Strategy & Transformation Department at Netia and consultant in the CMT Strategy Group at Accenture. Maciej's career also includes earlier positions at Netia and internships at Ernst & Young and ING, providing a solid foundation in finance, auditing, and business strategy. Maciej holds a Master’s degree in Business and Technology from Lodz University of Technology and has further studied Finance, Business, and Engineering at the University of Strathclyde.
