Sara Payne

President & Chief Healthcare Strategist at Inprela Communications

Sara Payne started their work experience in 2002 as a Corporate Communications, PR Specialist at Medtronic. In 2003, they joined Porter Novelli as a Media Relations Specialist. From 2003 to 2012, Sara worked at LaBreche, starting as an Account Manager, then becoming a Marketing Communications Manager, and eventually serving as Director of Communication Strategy. During their time at LaBreche, they led various communication strategies, provided crisis management counsel, and managed media relations and project management departments. In 2011, Sara became the President of Minnesota Women in Marketing and Communications, where they successfully diversified revenue streams and developed a five-year strategic plan. Since 2013, they have been with Inprela Communications, initially as Vice President and currently as President.

Sara Payne attended the University of St. Thomas, where they studied Journalism: Public Relations and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
