Robert Erickson has extensive experience in the field of human resources and safety. From 2019 to present, they have held the position of Vice President, Human Resources & Safety at InProduction, where they are responsible for various HR functions and provides guidance and coaching to employees. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Director of Safety & Risk at RE ENTERPRISES LLC, overseeing the development of safety and risk policies and procedures. Prior to that, they worked at IKEA Group from 2003 to 2016, where they held various safety and risk management roles, ensuring compliance and investigating accidents.
Robert Erickson obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from DeVry University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Robert has obtained several certifications including OSHA 500 from OSHA in June 2019, OSHA 30 from US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in October 2018, and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) from BCSP Foundation in July 2018.
