Previously, Thomas was Vice President at Parity Technologies, overseeing the Substrate engineering organization, and held roles such as Senior Consultant at beON consult GmbH, Head of IT Operations at Daimler Mobility Services GmbH, Staff Systems Engineer at ServiceNow, Integration Engineer at International Marketmakers Combination, and Head of IT Systems & Infrastructure at Friedrich Miescher Institut (Novartis Research Foundation). Additional early career experience includes positions at Future Route and Red Hat, where Thomas led the EMEA Production Support team. Thomas's expertise includes building engineering teams, cloud infrastructure architecture, and implementing scalable systems across various technologies.
