Anastasiia Smyk

Anastasiia Smyk has held a variety of roles in the aviation industry since 2015. Anastasiia began their career as a Process Engineer at Interavia Ground Handling, where they were responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining the activity of handling processes for passenger services and ground handling of aircraft. Anastasiia was also a member of the pool of Quality Management system auditors and was responsible for conducting internal and external audits. In 2019, they took on the role of Key Account Manager at Svialcom, where they were the liaison between the airports and ground handlers with the service providers. In 2020, Anastasiia moved to Kyiv Sikorsky International Airport (IEV) as a Process Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for the optimization, designing, and implementing passenger and ground handling processes in the IEV airport. Anastasiia also reviewed, improved, and set standards for procedures and documentation throughout the organization in post-covid times. Currently, Anastasiia is the CEO & Co-founder of INPUT SOFT and a Ground Handling Process Consultant at Skyline-Handling (KBP station).

Anastasiia Smyk has a Master's degree in Flight Instruments and Navigation Systems from National Aviation University and a Bachelor's degree in Avionics Engineering from the same university. Anastasiia also studied Estudios Anastasiia'spánicos at the Universitat de Barcelona. In addition, Anastasiia has obtained various certifications, including The Sustainable Development Goals – A global, transdisciplinary vision for the future from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in December 2022, Developing Managers in Organizations from Project Management Institute in March 2021, Managing Teams from LinkedIn Learning Course Certificate in March 2021, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Digital Marketing Google Certification in July 2019, Certificación de Español - Nivel A2 from Universitat de Barcelona in December 2018, Risk Management course / ISO 31000:2009 from SGS in December 2017, and Quality Management system internal auditor and supplier auditor/ ISO 19011:2011 from SGS in December 2016.
