Head of Customer Support at Inqom

Karim Mastouri has a solid work history with experience in various customer support and management roles. Karim began their career as an Assistant Comptable at FIPARCO in April 2015. In October 2016, they joined Cityscoot as a Customer Service Manager, where they worked until March 2020. From March 2020 to June 2022, Karim served as the Head of Customer Support at Finalcad. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Support at Inqom, starting in October 2022.

Karim Mastouri completed their secondary education at Lycée Georges Braque from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in DCG (Comptabilité et finance). In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Management: les fondamentaux" from Cegos in December 2020 and "Freshdesk product expert certification" from Freshworks in March 2019.
