Lisa Hughes

Lisa Hughes currently serves as the Publisher and CEO of The Philadelphia Inquirer and holds a position as a Board Member. Prior to this role, Lisa Hughes was the Chief Business Officer at The New Yorker from January 2009 to November 2017. Additionally, Lisa Hughes has extensive experience in publishing, having held various leadership positions including VP Publisher at Conde Nast Traveler and House & Garden, Publisher at Conde Nast Traveler, and Associate Publisher at Vanity Fair. Early in the career, Lisa Hughes worked as the Advertising Director at Allure from 1990 to 1993. Educational qualifications include degrees from Harvard University and St. Paul's School.
