Matt Boggie

Matt Boggie serves as the Chief Technology and Product Officer at The Philadelphia Inquirer since March 2020, focusing on modernizing technology and product practices for sustainable growth. As a lecturer at Stanford in New York since January 2019, Matt teaches about the impact of technology on media. Co-founder of the Ethical Futures Lab, Matt investigates the implications of emerging technologies for societal advancement. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at theSkimm and Axios, and Executive Director of Research and Development at The New York Times, where Matt led teams in technological innovation and implementation. Matt holds a BA in Computer Science from Boston University.
