Scott Dixon Smith

Scott Dixon Smith serves as Chief Executive Officer for InQuisient. He joined the Board of Directors of InQuisient, then called Enterprise Elements, in 2006, serving as Chairman of their Executive Committee. Before joining InQuisient, Scott was President of Lanner Group, a predictive simulation modeling software firm, where he was responsible for developing the company’s business operations and expanding the customer base in North and South America. Prior to joining Lanner, Scott co-founded the Business Process Management (BPM) software company Holosofx, Inc. in 1992, which was subsequently acquired by IBM in 2002.

Scott has held various business leadership positions, including sales and marketing management positions, for the last 24 years in the technology industry, including serving at Xerox and IBM. He is frequently sought after as an expert in business strategy and has assisted several companies in mergers and acquisitions and in creating and implementing effective exit strategies. He has led corporate initiatives in the U.S. Federal Government marketplace, particularly in the last 10 years, building relationships and expertise in this important marketplace.
