Joshua Penner is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in public service and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of Inquisio.AI since November 2022, Joshua focuses on improving public access to government data for local governments across the US. Additionally, Joshua serves as a Board Member for the Association of Washington Cities and has held roles in various committees, including the Legislative Advisory Committee. As the Mayor of Orting since January 2012, Joshua leads a professional services team and manages multiple utility services and a police department. Joshua's consulting experience includes founding Core Values Consulting and holding marketing strategy positions, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and SEO. Previous military service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps further complements Joshua's leadership qualifications.
