Valentina F.

Valentina F. started their work experience at Ardagh Group in 2017 as an International Management Trainee - Process Optimizer. Valentina held this position until September 2018 when they transitioned into the role of International Management Trainee - Process Optimizer for Continuous Improvement. At Ardagh Group, Valentina focused on process optimization. In 2020, they joined Inrego as a Project Leader for the process optimization of circular production. Recently, Valentina became an Operations Project Manager at Inrego starting in January 2022.

Valentina F. completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano from 2011 to 2014. Valentina then pursued a Master's degree in Sustainable Operations Management and Social Innovation from the same university, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017.

In 2016, Valentina participated in an Erasmus+ exchange program at Universidad de Málaga in Spain, although the field of study for this experience is not specified.

In 2017, Valentina engaged in research at Linköping University in Sweden for their Master's thesis, with a focus on Circular Economy.

Valentina also holds additional certifications, including "Leading with Excellence" obtained from Ardagh Group in January 2019, and a Green Belt certification from the same institution in September 2018.

Prior to their higher education, Valentina completed their diploma in Classical Studies at Liceo Classico Alessandro Volta from 2006 to 2011.
