Matt Hughes

Matt Hughes is an experienced operations project manager currently working at Porterbrook since September 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Chiltern Railways from April 2008 to August 2025, including Duty Fleet Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Line of Route Team Leader, Depot Supervisor, Reliability Engineer, and Train Technician.
