Cécile Deflandre

Cécile Deflandre is an accomplished communication project manager with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Cheffe de projet communication at Inria since December 2018, Cécile excels in the design, management, and deployment of multi-target communication strategies. Prior roles include Chargée de projet événementiel at Esri France, where Cécile coordinated a large annual conference, and Responsable Communication et Conduite du changement at Le Groupe La Poste, managing communication strategies and change management initiatives. Cécile's earlier experience includes communication roles at VINCI Autoroutes, Nice matin & Etic, and La Fée Beauté, demonstrating a consistent focus on project management, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement. Cécile holds two Master's degrees in Strategic and Commercial Communication and Business Communication from Sup' de com (IDRAC) and a DUT in Commercial Techniques from IUT Nice Côte d'Azur.
